This Chicken Omelette caught my eye and then with my first bite, it captured my heart. I normally don't order, let alone make omelettes, but I was feeling adventurous. Now, let me tell you something!!! I think what made this so good was the blend of chicken, tomato, onion, spinach and feta cheese.
