Fun fact: the food prepared here is made in-house every day.

Founding Farmers
Today I went to the Founding Farmers location in Potomac. I really, really liked the atmosphere, and the menu had pretty good and reasonably-priced breakfast options. Also, this spot is family/baby friendly. We had a party of 4, plus a baby with us, and were seated comfortably. On the upside, the juice and drinks are freshly squeezed/pressed. But that also means, no free refills. (Sad face.)
To start we tried the Uncle Buck's Beignets. These came with raspberry, chocolate & caramel sauces on the side. The table seemed to enjoy those a lot! I will say that after we'd already waited a while for the Beignets, our food then took over 40 min to arrive. And by the time it got there, it was cold.
For my meal, I tried the Sausage, Mushroom & Spinach Pan Scramble. It was nice, but the presentation wasn't that impressive. It looked a bit like an omelet that fell apart. Minus the very slow service and the somewhat inattentive waitress, our experience was positive!
